About Kewaskum
The Village of Kewaskum is located on the outskirts of metro Milwaukee in Washington County. Kewaskum is on the Us-45 corridor and has a population of 4,004 residents as of 2010.
Kewaskum location provides easy access to tons of outdoor activities in the area. On the south end of Kewaskum is Sunburst Winter Sports Park. Sunburst has 11 different ski runs for skiers of all ages and proficiency levels. Sunburst is also home to the largest tubing park in the world, so even if you’re not a ski enthusiast you can still have fun in the snow. The park offers lessons and classes for those who are looking to fully immerse themselves in the world of winter sports, and they’re available for all skill levels.
On the east side of US-45 is the Kettle Moraine State Forest. At 30,000 and more than 30 miles of forest across 3 counties, the Kettle Moraine State Forest is a sight to see. Part of the Ice Age Trail begins in Kewaskum and runs through the forest for some scenic views. This trail is a great place to take the family and the dogs for a nice day out.
